Best song in 10 years
by EtLord1 - 29/11/2016

In my opinion, this is one of the best songs that this band has done in a long time. This song reminds me of "Yesterday" by: The Beatles. It’s a mellow acoustic song that’s just beautiful. It doesn’t have that catchiness that all these pop songs have that flood iTunes’ top 100 list. I love these mellower acoustic songs that Pearl Jam does, such as Off He Goes and Elderly Woman Behind the Counter in a Small Town. These kinds of songs are a hell of a lot better than the upbeat hard rock stuff that’s made their last couple of albums mediocre at best. It worked on their first album, but not now. Just Breathe is a very solid hit that makes Backspacer an album that overshadows Binaural, Pearl Jam, and Riot Act.

I feel sorry for the fans that can not handle change. Change is part of music and keeps bands like Pearl Jam vital and everlasting.
